Words can not express enough, how sorry I feel for your loss. Time will never heal the hole left in your lives, by Kelly's passing. Just know that God felt a greater need to have her with him, as her job on Earth was done. We only have our children on loan to us for a short time, to raise and nurture, to teach them, as they teach us to be good parents. From the tributes posted, I see that you and Lori have done an exceptional job with her. God bless you during this time.

I will forever miss our phone calls with you on the other end asking "how's my favorite ex-wife" , and the look on people's faces when we would humor ourselves by introducing ourselves as the "ex-wife" . Some people didn't understand our relationship but we didn't care. I have so many great memories that I will forever treasure! You are at peace now, no more pain. I met kelly when she started dating my nephew ernie she was a sweet girl and would do anything for anybody. When I was going to school for stna she was there helping me study she meant a lot to her kids and her husband she will be greatly missed by all we love u kelly

After reading a heart wrenching post about Kelly & her condition, I instantly felt lost! I began trying to find out what hospital she was in with zero success! I was told by an employee of Genesis that "No, we don't have her here!" I began to feel helpless knowing that I could not be with her, to help her, comfort her, or tell her how I feel! I awaited information after trying to contact different people whom I knew that would help me. I began to pray!! I cried out to Jesus!!! Now that I am aware of the ending that I dreaded I have found comfort in knowing that Kelly was one of my "TRUE FRIENDS" & that she is no longer suffering in this life upon earth & is spreading her SPARKLE in a much better place! I thank my god for wrapping Kelly Jo in his arms & carrying her to the land of peace!!! I know that Kelly lived her life loving her daughters, husband, family, & friends!!! I know that the "true best friendship" we shared was always within her as well as me!! Kelly has the most beautiful personality, heart, & spirit!! Go rest in peace my dearest sweet best friend! I love u Kelly!! I miss u already!! Til we meet again.....

I am so sorry for your loss I first met Kelly was at Millers flowers on maple ave she was dating Damon then they got married then had kids she was always nice to me. When I seen her. The last time I had seen her was Dollar General on maple she was buying things for an event it was August or September 2014 we were talking about love n comfort that she worked there and she got married again and her kids and that she loss a lot of weight I didn't even recognize her either. It was good to see her Andi know she was in a lot of pain she told me about her aches and pains I told her about mine being on oxygen ect. I am so sorry for your loss of such a beautiful person. I first met Kelly in high school, I was a few years older but I came to love her so much. From lazy days in my pool to hanging out , I always teased her because she could drive a stick shift car and I couldn't and she did it with such ease, it was our little joke. I will never forget her.
