I just learned of the passing at his own will of my long-time friend Gary of Ohio and formerly of Los Angeles and Palm Springs.
Gary was a truly compassionate, and creative guy and an incredible AIDS fundraiser and champion for equal rights for all. I am saddened and sickened by this news.

I had the honor of teaching Gary when he was in junior high school. I will always treasure the memories of Gary and his many school friends. Words cannot express my sadness. Special blessings go out to the family, to his friends, and to all his former classmates / friends at Hancock Junior High. He will be missed.
