Obituary
Zakari “Paco” Micheal Lee Curtis, eight months old of New Concord, passed away at Akron Children’s Hospital on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.
Zakari was born on August 18, 2022 in Zanesville, Ohio. He is survived by mommy, Taytum Shaffer and his daddy, Michael Tigyer. Zakari’s favorite thing to do was watch Bluey and CocoMelon. He enjoyed driving his Bronco, facetiming his family, and playing video games with his dad.
Zakari is survived by both of his loving parents, Michael Tigyer and Taytum Shaffer; his maternal grandmother, Misty Shaffer; his maternal great-grandmother, Debbie Shaffer; his maternal great-grandfather, Jeff Shaffer; his great-great grandmother, Alice St. Clair; his brother, Greyson Watson; his uncles, Tyler Shaffer, Chris Shaffer, and Jayden Shaffer; his aunt, Michelle Shaffer; his cousin, Axton Daniels.
Zakari is preceded in death by his great-great grandfather, Harry St. Clair; as well as his uncles, Tony and Jordan.
Visitations will be held from 12 to 1 pm on Monday, May 8, 2023, at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord, 63 West Main Street, New Concord, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm with Pastor Clayton Coffey officiating.
