Steven Moore

Steven (Penie) A. Moore 78, of Chandlersville passed away peacefully at his home on July 27, 2020.

Steve was born in Nashport on July 16, 1942. He is the son of the late Arthur and Alice (Lula) (Bay) Moore Wickham. He is also the step son of the late Marshall Wickham who he adored and raised him.

Steve was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. He also worked at the Ohio Cumberland Coal Mines. He also drove truck for various companies.

He is survived by his daughter, Suzanne A. Moore of Zanesville; a step son Roger Binkley of Columbus; two grandchildren Vance Moore of Zanesville and Cassaundra (Shawn) Wilcox Miller; great granddaughter Lucy Miller of Coshocton. His brother, Jerry (Janice) Moore and his sister, Shirley Moore Bumpus. He is also survived by his special Dachshund, Lacy.

At his request there were no public services. Steve was laid to rest by his parents Alice and Marshall Wickham in Chandlersville Cemetery.

Farus Funeral Home was in charge of his arrangements.
