Nancy E. Tanner

Nancy E. Tanner, 82 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully at her home on September 25, 2021. 

Nancy was born in Zanesville on January 30, 1939.  She is the daughter of the late Edward and Madeline (Spears) Mason.  She attended New Hope Full Gospel Church.  She enjoyed cooking and loved attending the sporting events of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her two children, Beth (Dennis) Wilson of Zanesville, and Rick (Karen) Tanner of Blue Rock; her grandchildren, Ashley Tanner, Josh Tanner, Shawn Adams, Heather (Kyle) Makin, Rickell (Brian) Duston, Caitlyn (Chris) Winland, Joel (Shauna) Tanner, Darsey (Catie) Tanner, Shayne (Kaylie) Tanner; her 18 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, William C. Tanner who passed away June 18, 2003; her son, Larry E. Tanner; an infant son, Steven Tanner; and her brother, Bill Mason.

Visitations will be 11 to 1 pm on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday.  Pastor Joe DiVincenzo will officiate the service.  She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
