Michael Wyatt Obituary

Michael L. Wyatt, 83 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2022, while at his home.

Mike was born in Zanesville on January 19, 1939. He is the son of the late Michael D. and Viola M. (Rogers) Wyatt. Mike was a member of the Washington Township Baptist Church, Norwich Masonic Lodge #119, and the American Legion Post #29. Mike retired from the United States Airforce after 20 + years of service to his country.

Mike is survived by his son, Michael L. Wyatt II; his daughter, Deborah (Frank) L. Ford; his siblings, John D. Wyatt, Danny Wyatt, Nancy Lane, Donna Chambers, and Marilyn Ziemer.

In addition to his parents, Mike is preceded in death by his wife, Sandra J. (Derwacter) Wyatt, who passed away on August 25, 2017; his daughter, Kimberly Wyatt; and his siblings, Sandra Roberts, Gary Wyatt Jr., Charles Wyatt, and Dale Wyatt.

Visitations will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 11 to 1 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm. Mike will be laid to rest next to his wife and daughter in Duncan Falls Cemetery with full Military honors.
