Melissa Dawn Blosser

Melissa D. Blosser, 57, of McConnelsville, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2021, while at Genesis Hospital, after her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Missy was born in Zanesville on November 23, 1963. She is the daughter of Carolyn Sue (Wayne) Trout and the late Robert D. Jones. Missy was a member of the Hands of Faith Church in Zanesville. Missy loved to spend time outdoors, and enjoyed many family vacations to the beach. She loved to spend time with her family, especially with her grandkids.

In addition to her mother, Missy is survived by her loving husband, Mike C. Blosser, who she married on April 29, 2000; her children, Ashley (Jeremy) Garber, Emily (Nathan) Furry, and Andrea Blosser; her step-children, Jacob (Jess) Blosser and Marsha Brown; her grandkids, Poe, Madison, Lauren, Christopher, Jadin, Liam, and Aralynne; her siblings, Scott (Carolyn) Jones, Angela (Dick) Morosko, and Marty (Kristi Warner) Jones; her sister-in-law, Marci Jones; and her furry companion, Milo.

In addition to her fathers, Missy is preceded in death by her brother, Randy Jones; and her best friend and favorite puppy, Bella.

Visitations will be Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 11 am until the time of the service at 1 pm, at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. Pastor Mike Bullock will officiate the service.
