Larry Dean Stall, 69 of Nashport, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 12:42pm, after a 35 year battle with brain cancer.
Larry was born on January 20, 1952 in Zanesville. He is the son of H. Gene and the late Marvel F. (Mitchell) Stall. Larry was a 1970 graduate of Philo High School, and a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in business. Larry worked at Sears for 20 years as a division manager. He and his family are members of Rolling Plains United Methodist Church. Larry enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, traveling, sports, card playing, woodworking, and singing. He sang with the church choir and the Plainsmen.
Larry is survived by his father, H. Gene (Donna) Stall; his wife of 48 years, Susan Kay (Bushong) Stall, whom he married August 20, 1972; his son, Brian (Melissa) Stall; his daughters, Joleen (Shawn) Sloat, Abbey (Tim) Gaal, and Amanda (TJ) Williams; two brothers, Gary (Sharon) Stall and Mark Green; three sisters, Karen (Tim) Brock, Marilyn Howard, and Mindy (Dan) Snider; ten grandchildren, Ben, Sophia, and Blake Stall, Isabella and Alexandra Sloat, Olivia and Max Gaal, and Layla, Vada, and Jagger Williams; along with many nieces and nephews.
Larry is preceded in death by his mother, Marvel F. (Mitchell) Stall.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at the Rolling Plains United Methodist Church, 3350 Moxahala Park Road, Zanesville, where funeral services will be held at 11am on Thursday. Pastor John Alice will officiate the service. The Farus Funeral Home is caring for the Stall Family.
