Pastor Glenn Wilford Smith, 82 of Dublin, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 4, 2021 while under the care of Hartland Hospice of Westerville.
Glenn was born on July 17, 1938 in Woodsfield, Ohio. He is the son of the late Harry Edward and Laura Bell (Hupp) Smith. Glenn was a man of strong faith and strong love. He loved his family, his wife and his Lord. He served many churches throughout his life including the Charleroi, PA Baptist Church and the Philo Baptist Church.
Glenn is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Rose (Fox) Smith, whom he married on November 27, 1960; his two children, Connie Wehrle and Jeff (Andrea) Smith; his grandchildren, twins Brantley and Brady Smith, April McDaniel, Hillary Craycraft, Stephanie Huff; his great granddaughter, Arianna Johnson; his brother Merle; his nephew Dennis (Cheryl) Piatt; and his nieces Carol Briggs, and Penny Hercher.
In addition to his parents, Glenn is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Thomas Wehrle; his brother, Delbert Smith; and his three sisters, Ruth Piatt, Evelyn Nercinko and Bessie St. Austin.

Due to the coronavirus, private services will be held at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. Glenn will be laid to rest in Oaklawn Cemetery in Woodsfield.
