Dwight E. Bonner, 92 of Heath, OH passed away peacefully on September 26, 2022 at his home in Heath.
Dwight was born on September 30, 1929 in Red Creek, West Virginia. He is the son of the late Gordon and Lectie (Pennington) Bonner. Dwight worked for many years as an Electrical Motor Manufacturer with the Rockwell International Corporation. He attended Duncan Fall Baptist Church he was member of the American Legion and he served his country during the Korean War in the United States Army.
Dwight is survived by his wife, Cecelia (Judy) Bonner, whom he married January 3, 2004; his three children, Christine Moffett, Sherry Bonner and Gregory (Crystal) Bonner his four stepchildren, James (Tawny) Judy, Jeffery (Deborah) Judy, Debra Booth and Anita Judy; his grandchildren, Jake, Johnnie, Keith, Kyle, Elyssa and Ryan and his sister, Leora Moon.
Dwight is preceded in death by his first wife, Vallie Bonner, who passed away May 6, 2003; his son, Gary Bonner; and his brother, Wayne Bonner.
Visitations will be 3:00- 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the Farus Funeral Home, 383 Main Street, Duncan Falls, Ohio with a service following visitation. Visitations will also be held at Dry Fork Assembly of God Church Bonner Mountain Road Dry Fork, WV from 1pm to 3pm on Friday, September 30, 2022. Funeral services will follow at 3pm at the Church. He will be laid to rest beside his wife Vallie in the Roy Cemetery, in Dry Fork, WV.
