David A. Miller

David A. Miller of Cambridge passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020 in SEORMC following an extended illness. Since 1988 David lived at Cambridge Developmental Center, which he considered his home.

David was born on September 5, 1959 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late Donald and Veronica Miller. He is survived by many friends and staff at CaDC. David is also survived by his sister, Donna (Jim) Baker of Berea, Oh and his brother, Donald Miller, of Grafton, Oh.

David will be mostly remembered for his smile and his ornery demeaner. He loved music, mostly 50’s/60’s era and country music. David was a Catholic by faith.  He had a deep concern for those around him. David was always trying comfort others when they were down or not feeling well, by offering a hug. He was an avid fan of Ohio State Buckeyes football.

David will be sadly missed by his family and his family at Cambridge Developmental Center..  Friends may attend calling hours for David at Farus Funeral Home of New Concord on Thursday, February 6 from 11:00-12:00p.m. with a memorial service immediately following at 12:00p.m.   A private burial of ashes will be held with the family at a later date.
