Cooper Gene & Colson Lane Pyle

July 14, 2023

Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cooper Gene Pyle and Colson Lane Pyle, born on July 14, 2023, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Despite their premature arrival at only 22 weeks, these two brave souls fought with incredible strength and spirit.

Cooper Gene Pyle, brought joy to his parents, Josh Pyle and Cheyenne Blake, even during his short time on Earth. He would captivate their hearts with his animated conversations and cherish the warmth of back rubs. Cooper bore a striking resemblance to his loving father, inheriting his tiny nose and round face.  Also inheriting his father's long legs and fingers, he possessed a unique beauty all his own. Although his time here was brief, he brought immeasurable happiness to those who held him. Cooper Gene Pyle was granted five precious hours with his family.

Colson Lane Pyle, the smaller twin, displayed unwavering determination throughout his journey here of 2 precious hours. He possessed a gentle nature and found solace in the comfort of back rubs. Colson had his mother's delicate features, including her bubbly nose and expressive lips, coupled with his father's long limbs. In his short time here, he touched the hearts of his parents, Josh Pyle and Cheyenne Blake, and his family. After Colson's passing, the twins remained together on their mother's chest, united in love and providing solace to one another.

Cooper and Colson are survived by their mommy and daddy, Josh Pyle and Cheyenne Blake, as well as their loving siblings, Cailyb and Ellie, who will forever hold them in their hearts. They will be deeply missed by their paternal grandparents, Kevin and Jody Pyle, as well as their maternal grandparents, Tim and Tammy Blake. They will also be remembered by their paternal great-grandparents, Robert and Joy Bliss, and their maternal great-grandparents, Otto Blake, Robert Fusner, Shirley Brown and Wava Shuster, their maternal great-great grandmother.

They join their paternal great-grandparents, Charles and Edna Pyle, and their maternal great-grandmother, Charlotte Blake, who preceded them in death.

Cooper Gene Pyle and Colson Lane Pyle were beacons of love and strength during their brief time on Earth. Though their lives were short, their impact will forever be felt in the hearts of those who knew and loved them. The family kindly requests your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this incredibly difficult time.
