Carol A. Bailey-Bird

Carol A. Bailey-Bird, 50 of Zanesville, went to be with the Lord on August 25, 2021 at her home, following a brief illness.

Carol was born on August 15, 1971 in Zanesville.  She is the daughter of Carolyn Sue Nethers and the late James L. Bailey.  Carol was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother; she enjoyed going to the game room, and the casinos in Columbus and Wheeling; spending time with her boyfriend Dave; she enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing; and she had a strong faith in God, she was a faithful member of the Norval Park Church of Christ in Zanesville.

In addition to her mother, Carol is survived by her children, Melissa (Michael) Brandon, Brian Bird Jr., Lindsey Bird, Allison Wickham, Alicia Wickham, and Timothy Wickham; her several grandchildren; her boyfriend, Dave Price; her siblings, Richard McCandless, Virginia (Tom) Rodgers, and Jamie (Andy) Wickham.

In addition to her father, Carol is preceded in death by her two brothers, Michael Young and Steven Christley; and her step-dad, Charles Nethers.

Visitations will be held from 11 to 1 pm on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will take place at 1 pm.
