Carl W. Dearinger, 79, of Blue Rock passed away unexpectedly at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room on Saturday, January 9, 2021.
Carl was born in Zanesville on October 22, 1941. He is the son of the late Edward and Irene (Sullivan) Dearinger. Carl was an avid hunter, fisherman, and loved spending time on the river. He was a 50 year life member of Local #1090, and worked all over the United States as a Millwright.
Carl is survived by two sons, Bryan (Cathy) Dearinger and Bruce Dearinger; his two grandsons, Zackary and Dakota Dearinger; his great-granddaughter, Adeline; his three brothers, Dick Dearinger, Randy Dearinger, and Doug Dearinger, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Carl is preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Dearinger and his two sisters, Virginia Thomas and Marilyn Spiker.
Visitations will be 11 to 1pm on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, with the funeral following at 1pm. Jacala Ryberg will officiate the service. He will be laid to rest in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
