Betty J Foraker

Betty J. Foraker, 54, of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2021, while at home and surrounded by her loving family.

Betty was born in Zanesville on November 29, 1966. She is the daughter of the late Fredrick J. and Leona B. (Wickham) Bobb. Betty worked for the Zanesville Times Recorder as a delivery person for many years. She loved to play the slots at Wheeling Island, she loved playing bingo and playing cards, and always had a lottery ticket in her hand. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Betty is survived by her loving husband, Michael Foraker, who she married on September 13, 1983; her daughters, Leona (Shaun) Randall, April Randall, Lisa Foraker, Mahala Foraker, and Michelle (Timothy) Blosser; her grandchildren, Patrick (Kierstin), Skyler, Destiney, Mahala, Camren, Hope, Michael, Richelle; her great-granddaughter, Kynzleah; her siblings, Robert (Misty) Bobb, Fred (Josephine) Bobb, and Eloise Cunningham; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her siblings, George Bobb, Albert Bobb, Dorthy Jean LeGrange, Gladys Elson, and Edward Bobb.

Visitations will be on Thursday, October 7, 2021, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 1pm. She will be laid to rest in Chandlersville Cemetery.
