William “Will” Paul Power (infant) gained his angel wings on November 1, 2019. He is survived by his parents Jason and Jessica Power of Norwich. His grandmother Sandra Beatty of New Concord and grandparents Mark & Julie Richards of Norwich. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. A caring cremation has taken place. Farus Funeral Home of New Concord is caring for the family.
