Wanda Lee Beardmore Rossiter Tidd Hostutler, age 89, of New Concord passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2026. She was born to the late Harley and Lorah (Day) Beardmore in Noble County, OH on October 14, 1936.

She worked as an LPN at Bethesda Hospital for many years before she retired. In her free time, she enjoyed feeding and watching the birds on her property, especially the hummingbirds. Wanda also enjoyed fishing and taking care of any abandoned or injured animal that happened onto her land. She was dearly loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.

Wanda is survived by her daughters, Diana (Bob) Burtnett and Delma Cover; son, Logan (Derek Babb) Valentine; grandchildren, Wendy (Joshua) Daniels, Kelly (Ryan) Cover-Tam, Josie (Chris Hodge) Moore, and Cooper Staffey; great grandchildren, Anastasia Daniels, Aurora Daniels, Seraphina Moore, and Olivia Tam.

In addition to her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Moore and brother, Norman Beardmore.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 6pm at Farus Funeral Home in New Concord. Family will greet friends from 3pm-6pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Following the service a caring cremation will take place.
