Tina M. Smith

Tina M. Smith, 61, beloved wife and mother, from Malta passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday February 9, 2021 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

She was born August 3, 1959 to the late John Vanoster, and Sarah Vanoster of Malta.

Tina married the love of her life, Gary A. Smith June 13, 1974 and enjoyed almost 47 years of marriage.

Surviving other than her husband Gary, and mother Sarah, are two daughters, Mandy and Anthony Ingram of Cincinnati, Angie Smith and Tequila McKnight, of Zanesville, Two sons, Brian Smith and Luis Pacheco of Los Angeles, and Chad Smith and Susana Olvera, of Columbus, and a very special granddaughter, Taylin Ratliff. Also surviving are two brothers, John Vanoster, of McConnelsville, and Lee Vanoster of New Lexington.  Several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and close friends also survive.

In addition to her father, Tina is preceded in death by her beloved sister, Beth Mayle, and her loving brother Rodney Vanoster.

At Tina’s request a caring cremation will take place and no services will be held.  Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is caring for the Smith family.

The family would like to thank the caring nursing staff at Genesis Hospital for their care during her illness.
