Tina Kay Brown

Tina Kay Brown, 60 of Chandlersville, went to by with the Lord, surrounded by her loving family on December 16, 2018 at the Genesis Hospice, Morrison House.

Tina was born in Zanesville on July 19, 1958.  She is the daughter of the late George F. and Martha K. McElfresh.  She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Tina loved life.  She was always full of joy and laughter.  She enjoyed watching The Ohio State Buckeyes, Pittsburgh Steelers and Nascar and she loved spending time with her family especially her granddaughters.

Tina is survived by her fiancée Ronnie D. Orr; her daughter, Jinni (Rosco) Johnson; her granddaughters, Malorie K. Johnson and Sisalie N. Johnson; her great-granddaughter, Sophie M. Johnson; her brother and sister in law, Steve (Vicky) McElfresh; former sister-in-law, Sherri McElfresh, niece, Erica McElfresh; great nieces, Madison Shackleford and Zoey Morrison and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

In addition to her parents, Tina is preceded in death by her brother, Gregory McElfresh and a nephew, Zachary McElfresh.

The family would like to thank all the nurses and doctors at Genesis Cancer Care Center and Genesis Hospice.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 am on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 11 am with Pastor Marc Caton officiating.  She will be laid to rest in Malta Cemetery, Malta, Ohio.
