Thomas H. Stotts Sr., 80, of Roseville passed away at 3:10 am on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the Willow Haven Nursing Home. Tom was born August 3, 1934 in Marietta, the son of the late Hiram and Mary Harenstein Stotts. Tom worked at King's Quarry as a truck driver, Buckeye Supply and he retired from the Ohio State Nursery; he also attended the Brush Creek Chapel Church. Tom is survived by his son Thomas H. (Mary Jane) Stotts Jr. of Beverly, a daughter Tina (Warren) Smith of Zanesville, Four Grandsons Adam Smith, Brad (Carrie) Smith, Jason ( Anmada) Stotts, and Jermery (Jennifer) Stotts; his brother Russell (Edna) Stotts of Beverly; his sisters, Ruth (Butch) Potts of Zanesville, Sue Paisley of Zanesville, Patty (Merlin) Davis of Beverly, and Jenny (Raymond) Love of Crooksville. In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded in death by three brothers George, Frank and Jim Stotts. Visitations for the Stotts family will be from 1 to 3 pm, Wedneday, Sept. 3, 2014 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral serives will be 3 pm with Rev. James Peters officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Falls Cemetery at a later date.
