Thomas "Jeff" Bolton

Thomas Jeffrey "Jeff" Bolton, 67, passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2017 at his New Concord residence.

Jeff was born on July 22, 1949 in Newark.  He retired from the US Government and he was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

Jeff is surived by his son Troy Bolton of Colorado; his fiance Janice Moore of New Concord and his loving cat Kizzy.

Jeff preceded in death by his wife Melinda Bolton.

In keeping with his wishes, Jeff's body will be cremated and no services will be observed.
