THELMA GRACE MOORE, 70 of Roseville, passed away 10:20 am, Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Thelma was born September 25, 1943 in Zanesville the daughter of the late Demy and Ruth (Lanham) Starcher. She worked most of her life in the Roseville and Crooksville potteries and she retired in 1995 from Mt. Perry Foods; she enjoyed playing cards, going to bingo and spending time in the outdoors, she also loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Thelma is survived by her son Robert E. Moore of Roseville; her daughters Lucy Moore (Kevin) of the home and Terina A. (Adam) Tedrick of Philo, a son of her heart Thomas Moore of Roseville; her brother LeRoy Starcher of Cannelville and two sisters Annilee (Fred) Ross of Cannelville and Dorothy Middleton (Roger Bickford) both of Cannelville; a very special friend Sharon Duke of PA., a special niece and care giver Angie Lear and her six grandchildren Mandy, Brittany, Miranda, Brooke, Carrisa and Thomas and her 6 great-grandchildren Rayne, Stacie, Olivia, Braxton, Sophia and Preston and one on the way! In addition to her parents, Thelma is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene 'Sonny' Moore who passed away March 27, 1977; her daughter Kimberly 'Tooter' Elliott and her three brothers Lawrence 'Buck' Starcher, Melvin Starcher and Charles Starcher and Clarence. Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Friday, March 7, 2014 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 1pm Saturday with Pastor William Harris officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Stovertown Cemetery. www.farusfh.com
