Tammy K. Evans, 59 of Duncan Falls, passed away unexpectedly on October 26, 2017 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room.
Tammy was born in Zanesville on July 15, 1958. She is the daughter of the late Charles “Skyjack” and Josephine “Jo” Evans. She previously worked as a telemarketer and previous to that she worked in home health care.
Tammy is survived by her siblings, Charles Evans of Blue Rock, Thomas Evans of Zanesville, Hope (Ralph) Delancy of Belle Valley, Jody Erwine of Crooksville, Sarah (Charles) Roberts of Chandlersville, Doris Warner of McConnelsville, Margaret (David) Roberts of Ava, Janette (Harold) Johnson of Zanesville, and Bonnie (Dickson) Walkins of Zanesville; and a sisters-in-law Alice Evans and Debbie Evans.
In addition to her parents, Tammy is preceded in death by her siblings Forrest Evans, John Evans, Bets Langley, Charlotte Payne.

Friends and family are welcome to attend calling hours from 2 to 4 pm on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls. A caring cremation will follow the visitations.
