Shirley J. King, 93 of Blue Rock, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 21 at her home with her loving family by her side.
Shirley was born on January 5, 1931, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of the late Elizabeth Horst. Shirley worked as a nurse for many years, while raising five children.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, William “Bill” C. King, whom she married September 27, 1953; five children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A caring cremation will take place and the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is caring for the family.
