Faye Kovalchik passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on Tuesday, May 26th while in the care of the Beckett House; she was 68 years old.  She was born in Marietta, Ohio on August 11th, 1946 to Millard and Eva Moore.  Faye loved to play Bingo, and play games of chance; she was on the television gameshow Cash Explosion twice.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Donna Morland, her brother, Gary Moore, her nephew, Steven Kiggans, and her grandnephew, Kody Dingus

Faye is survived by her children; Darla (Greg) Love, Denise Kovalchik, Kimberly “KK” (Frank) Brown, Bobby (Brenda Rossiter) Kovalchik, Jimmy Kovalchik, her brother, Harold Moore, her nieces and nephews including Darlene Yerian, Susie Stillion, Tina Scarry, Janie Dingus, and Ken Kiggans.  She also leaves to cherish her memory 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, her ex-husband friend, Jimmy R. Kovalchik, and her lifelong and very special friend, Becky Roberts Tipton.

Services have been entrusted to the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord, and are private.
