Samantha Jo Fleming

Samantha Jo Fleming, of East Fultonham passed away at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus on February 1, 2018. Samantha was born in Zanesville on September 28, 1990. She is the daughter of John C. Fleming and Kimberly Sue Miller. She previously worked for Time Warner Cable Company in Zanesville. Samantha is survived by her three children, Grayde, Avery and Kobe; her brothers JC (Ashley) Fleming, Joey Fleming and Zach Miller; her sisters Trudy King, Krystin Kelso, Molly Kelso and Whitney Stotts; her maternal grandmother Dick and Judy Burns; her maternal Great-grandparents Ike and Virginia Fountain and her paternal grandparents George and Jackie Fleming. She is preceded in death by her brother Mike Miller and her grandma Shirley Elliott. Please make any memorial contributions to the Fleming Fund at Citizens National Bank, PO Box 423, Duncan Falls, Ohio 43734. Private family visitations were held at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls for Samantha. A memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Monday, February 5, 2018 at the Duncan Falls United Methodist Church with Pastor Karen Osborn officiating. The Farus Funeral Home has been entrusted with caring for the Fleming family.
