Ruth Ann Jordan

Ruth Ann Jordan, 75 of Zanesville, passed away at her residence on July 10, 2015.
Ruth was born June 15, 1940 in Zanesville the daughter of the late Leonard and Thelma (Monlux) Curry. She previously worked for Montgomery Ward, Sears & Roebuck and Elder Beerman for over 20 years and she was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Parish.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 51 years, Marion Jordan whom she married May 2, 1964; her son Gary Jordan of Zanesville, Kathy Jordan of Brunswick, OH; her brother Mike Curry of Massillon, OH; her sisters Ada Kelly of Zanesville, Janet Scott and Nancy Bracken; and a special sister in law Betty Anderson of Zanesville.
In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her brother Alfred “Joe” Curry.
In keeping with her wishes, Ruth’s body will be cremated and no services will be observed. The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls has been entrusted with caring for the Jordan Family.
