Russell O. Mcclure

Russell O. “Rusty” McClure, 43, of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Genesis Hospital.

Rusty was born in Zanesville, Ohio on February 2, 1978.  He is the son of Betty (Scott) McClure of Zanesville and the late Russell McClure.  He enjoyed working as a machinist for Hydro Supply Company for over 23 years, where he made many friends and they treated him like family.  He enjoyed riding his Razor, and tinkering on the weekends.

Rusty is survived by his mother, Betty McClure; his siblings, Donnie (Kathleen) McClure, Liz (Mike) Parmer, Lisa (Luke II) Herda; his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and his special cousin and friend, Janey March.

In addition to his father, Russell is preceded in death by his brother, Mike McClure; his grandparents, Oliver and Ivy (Russell) McClure, and Earl and Wava (Schuster) Scott; and his two great nieces, Ayla Adolph and Kaitlyn Herda.

Visitations will be 4 to 6 pm on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 10 am Saturday, December 18, 2021.  Pastor Dean Cole will officiate the service.  He will be laid to rest in the Smith Chapel Cemetery, Beverly, Ohio.
