Reva J. Ribble
July 4, 1927 — October 30, 2016
Reva Ribble, 89, formerly of Blue Rock, passed away peacefully at her home on October 30, 2016.
Reva was born on July 4, 1927 in Durant, Ohio. She is the daughter of the late Ogle and Felma (Homman) Reed. She was a member of the Soloman’s Lutheran Church She was a homemaker and sold Avon for 35 years. She loved sewing most especially spending time with her family. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds fan!
Reva is survived by her two children Kathy (Roy) Lucas of Columbus and Kevin (Brenda) Ribble of Hilliard; her two grandchildren Sarah and Laura; her Sister Vera Alexander; her brother Bob (Freida) Reed; her nieces and nephews and a special friend Carol Casey.
In addition to her parents, Reva is preceded in death by her husband Harvey L. Ribble who passed away in 2002 and her twin sister Rhea June Reed, her sister and brother-in-law Eileen Reed Snyder Calendine, her brother and sister-in-law Gerald Lee and Mary Reed, her brother-in-law Paul Alexander.

The Ribble family would like to thank the Janet Seyerle Slack and Caitlin Seasby and a special Thank-You to the Trillium Health Care Aids and Nurses and to the Brookdale Hospice Staff.
Friends and family are welcome to attend calling hours from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Tuesday at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday with Frank Clifton officating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Dutch Hill Cemetery.
