Nancie Bussey

Nancie Lee Bussey, 83 of Blue Rock, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Nancie was born in Zanesville on January 16, 1939.  She is the daughter of the late Blanche Dale.

Nancie is survived by her four daughters, April Ross of Florida, Carla (Wes) VanMeter of Blue Rock, Paula (Huck) Shook of  Blue Rock, and Candie (Pat) Gill of Zanesville; her grandchildren, Greg (Heather) Shafer, Harmony (Akeena) Clarke, Wesley (Melissa) VanMeter, Victor (Morgan) VanMeter, Shawn (Angie) VanMeter, Bo VanMeter, Trisha (Kenny) Jones, Mylee Tysinger, Jeff (Kelle) Shook, Casey Stevens, and Joey Gill; her great-grandchildren, Kenzie, Andrew, Adrienne, Kellan VanMeter, Jacob and Josh Jones, Zander Shook, Adalyn Steven, Quade and Tyler Joseph, Andrew, Sydney, Ben Everson, Ava, Jensen, and Scarlett Dusenberry; and her brother, James (Molly) Hammers.

In addition to her mother, Nancie is preceded in death by the father of her children, Howard Paul Bussey, who passed away September 18, 2021.

In keeping with her wishes a caring cremation will take place and no services will be held at this time.  The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is caring for the Bussey family.
