Myrtle "Bea" Parmiter

Myrtle "Bea" Parmiter, 101 of Zanesville, passed away peaceful surrounded by her family at 4:40 am, Wednesday, August, 27 2014. Bea was born in Rich Hill Township October 15, 1912; the daughter of the late Jacob and Louetta Wilson. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; She retired from Franklin Local School District in 1974 after 26 years of teaching, and she was a faithful member of Grace United Methodist Church for over 50 years. Bea is survived by her son Donald (Lynne) Parmiter of Roseville; her three daughters Marilyn (Lloyd) Jones of Texas, Connie (Emmit) Hubble of Texas and Linda (Monte) Aaker of Minnosota; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Myrtle was preceded in death by her loving husband Herschel D. Parmiter who passed away in November of 2003; her brother Loren J. Wilson; a sister Mabel E. Elliott and two grandchildren, Sarah Aaker and Jeffrey Jones. Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Friday, August 30, 2014 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be held 1 pm Saturday with Rev. M. Steven McGuire officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
