Michael Eugene Hill, age 68, of Duncan Falls, passed away unexpectedly at home on July 7, 2026. He was born on December 19, 1957 to the late Albert and Agnes (Johnson) Hill in Zanesville, OH.

Known as “Big Mike” to those who knew him best, he proudly served his country as a member of the US Army from 1976 to 1982. In his free time, Mike enjoyed being outside on the porch or going for rides in the car. He had a good sense of humor and dearly loved spending time with and supporting his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of many years, Juanita Thomas-Hill; son, Mike Hill; one grandson; siblings, Larry (Linda) Dalton, Gary Hill, Terry Dalton, Jackie (Kate) Hill, and Kathryn Singer; and many nieces, and nephews. He also leaves behind many beloved extended family on his wife’s side; mother-in-law, Sue Thomas; aunt, Hazel (Larry) Fisher; niece, Holly Thomas; and great niece and nephew, Anna Foreman and Dean Thomas.

In addition to his parents, Big Mike is preceded in death by his brothers, Albert “Bucky” Hill and Jeff Hill.
