Mary R Mcgilton

Mary “Candy” R. McGilton, 58, Zanesville passed away at her home on Friday (July 27, 2018) surrounded by her family. Mary was born March 5, 1960, in Zanesville to the late Delmar and Lois (Wood)  Knapp. Mary worked for Nolan Amusements    for over 20 years in the cotton candy trailer and during her off season she volunteered at Moxie Bingo. She is survived by her sons, Brian McGilton of Zanesville and Rickie  (Sarah) Russell of Zanesville.   Her daughters Patricia “Peach” Mills of Crooksville and Angel Love of Zanesville. Six grandchildren, Nakita, Dalton, Shaylin, Brendan, Dylan, &  Briella  and one great granddaughter Gracyn. Her beloved cat Sissy. And also a brother Chuck Shuster.   Her nieces and nephews Curtis (Curt) Ferguson, Darla (Lee) Vanoster, Dusty (Eugene) Sharkey, & Cortney Treadway, and  many other Nieces and Nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her granddaughter Shyanlee Marie Russell. Her siblings are Dwight “Junior” Shuster, Ida Renard, Carolyn “Midge” Ferguson. A newphew Charlie Shuster and a neice Brenda Sue Gussler. A private memorial service will be held in Deerfield Cemetery. Farus Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
