Marjorie "Marge" A. Miller

Marjorie “Marge” A. Miller, 66 of Blue Rock, passed away peacefully at Genesis Hospital on Thursday, July 31, 2025, with her loving husband and family by her side.

Marge was born on July 22, 1959, in Columbus. She is the daughter of Louis A. and Marjorie A. (Sanko) Jessing. Marge dedicated her career to health care until her retirement and also spent time working at the Wilds’ Restaurant in Cumberland. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Columbus and was an ordained minister. She was an active participant at the Muskingum County Senior Center, where she enjoyed the fellowship and activities with friends. Marge also enjoyed taking care of her fairy garden, watching dragonflies, petting her cat, Baby, and sitting on the porch on her chair with her husband. Above all, she was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother whose love and kindness will be treasured by her family and friends forever.

In addition to her parents, Marge is survived by her beloved husband of forty-five years, Donald E. Miller, whom she married on June 7, 1980; her daughter and son, Tona J. Pearson and Anthony M. Miller; her several grandchildren; her siblings, Lois (Heath) Petry, Rebecca (Mark) White, and Louis Jessing; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In keeping with Marge’s wishes, a caring cremation will take place and Marge will be buried in Duncan Falls Cemetery. The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is caring for the Miller family.
