Margaret Bailey

Margaret Bailey, 70 of Newark, passed away peacefully at her residence on January 28, 2017.
Margaret was born on December 3, 1946. She is the daughter of the late W.D. and Pearl Semple. She retired from Hartland Fairfield where she worked as an LPN. She was a loving mother and grandmother and she dearly missed her husband who passed away in 2011. She had a love for all dogs, especially her late dog Toby.
Margaret is survived by her two sons Scott E. Bailey of Newark and Joseph (Vanessa) Bailey of Charlestown, WV and her daughter Michelle (Elsworth) Dunwoody of Newark; her five grandchildren Amy, Inga, Anna, Richard and Zachary and her two sisters Roberta Nagey and Christine (Mark) Clark) both of Reynoldsburg. She is also survived by her special friends who she called her ‘dog people’.
In addition to her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Bailey, who passed away in 2011.
In keeping with her wishes, Margaret’s body will be cremated and no services will be observed. The Farus Funeral Home is caring for the Bailey family.
