Maci Ann Carnes infant, she received her angel wings at birth on June 23, 2015.
Maci is survived by her mommy April Carnes and her daddy Josh Bates; her maternal grandparents Wayne (Edith) Carnes and Monna Grove; her maternal great-grandfather Irvine Carnes; her uncle Wayne ‘Bub’ Carnes Jr; her aunts Micki Rowlands, Shawna Gossett, Samatha Carnes and Saundra Carnes; her cousins Eli, Bryson, Mason, Leigha and Aryka.
Maci is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents Leona Carnes and Robert and Patricia Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that any memorial contributions may be made to the John W. Bartholow Fund (which pays expenses for infants who have received their angel wings) c/o Citizens Bank, PO Box 423, Duncan Falls, OH 43734.
Visitations will be 10 to 11 am Saturday at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 11 am with Rev. Al Cordray officiating. She will be laid to rest in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
