Lucille K. Porter

Lucille “Lucy” Katherine Porter of New Concord passed away on the morning of August, 24th ; she was 63 years old.  She was born in Cambridge, on December 29, 1952 to Wilbur and Georgia Nieb.  She attended the Trail Run Community School, and later went to Senacaville.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  She loved traveling to the Mountains of Tennessee, and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Shannon Wray, her prior husband, Paul Edward Wray, and her son, Paul G.B. Wray.  She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Mike Porter, her daughter, Amy Stillion, her son, David (Rosie) Porter of Cambridge, and her grandchildren, Miranda, Chase, and Luke Stillion, and Trevor, Katie, and Alec Porter of Cambridge.  She also leaves behind many friends, and beloved pets to cherish her memory.

Friends are welcome to attend calling hours for Lucy on Saturday, August 27th at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord from 1 to 3PM, services will begin at 3PM, and cremation will follow thereafter.
