Lawrence Ray Bishop

Lawrence Ray Bishop Jr. 67, of Zanesville, passed away at 8:15 pm, Sunday, October 20, 2013 at his residence. Larry was born January 19, 1946 in Zanesville the son of Beulah (Davis) Bishop Grable of Zanesville and the late Lawrence R. Bishop Sr.Larry was as a self-employed business owner and he was a member of the Northside Church of Nazarene.He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his grandchildren, working in his garage and helping people. Larry is survived by his wife Patricia K. (Fisher) Bishop whom he married Sept 1, 1979; his three sons Eric J. (Carrie) Bishop of Chandlersville, Matthew K. (Andrea) Bishop of IN and Kevin R. (Shannon) Bishop of Duncan Falls; his three brothers David A. Bishop of Columbus, Thomas N. Bishop of IN and John W. Bishop of IN; two sister Grace I. Tucker of Duncan Falls and Sylvia Lowry of KY and his seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 1 pm at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls with Pastor Sandra Rockwell officiating. A
