Karen Sue Mick
October 6, 1965 — December 2, 2015
Karen Sue Mick, 50, of Chandlersville passed away on December 2, 2015 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
Karen was born in Portsmouth on October 6, 1965 to Sue (Brady) Patton of Zanesville and the late Larry Patton. Karen was an avid collector of anything Princess Dianna and she was a lover of animals! Karen worked for 5-B’s as well as the Dollar General Warehouse and most recently for Walmart as a stocker.
She is survived by her husband Rusty Mick Sr. whom she married September 28, 1985; her stepson Michael Hulsey and her step daughter Angela Mick of Roseville; her seven grandchildren and her brothers David (Lisa) Patton and Vernon (Daphne) Patton both of Florida.
In addition to her father, Karen is preceded in death by her step-son Rusty Mick Jr who passed away in 2002, and her grandparents.
Visitations will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be held 2 pm, Monday with Rev. Chuck McRobie officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Chandlersville Cemetery.
