Junior Depuy

Junior Depuy, 87 of Cambridge, formerly of Chandlersville, passed away peacefully at his residence on June 2, 2025.

He was born on May 2, 1938, in Chandlersville. He is the son of the late Hazel B. Depuy.

Junior is survived by his god son Jared (Phoenix Bailey) Ore; his brother, Gerald Depuy; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In addition to his mother, Junior is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nellie J. Depuy, whom he married on April 3, 1971, and who passed away on October 30, 2005; as well as his brother, Frances Depuy.

A graveside service will be held at 12 pm on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Salt Creek Cemetery in Chandlersville, where Junior will be laid to rest beside Nellie. Pastor Darren Tolbert will officiate the service. The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is caring for the Depuy family.
