She married her only husband Albert J. Kipp on November 1, 1948. Julia was blessed with a keen sense of humor and intellect. Her ability to learn was evident in her use of computers and emerging technologies even in her later years.   Julia and Albert spent most of their time together at residences in Willoughby, Ohio and Mentor, Ohio.

Todt of New Concord, Ohio; Laurey L. Raeburn of Burton, Ohio and Daniel J. Kipp of Winnetka, Illinois, Julia raised three stepsons: Thomas Kipp of Ocean Reef, Florida; David Kipp of Painesville Township, Ohio; and Gary Kipp of Mentor, Ohio. Julia has nineteen grandchildren even more great grandchildren which were the source constant joy.  Her surviving siblings are Agnes Snyder of Shadyside, Michael Slezak of Troup, Texas, and Theresa Manley and Katherine Sabatina, both of Shadyside.

Julia was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Cavaliers. She was an accomplished and skilled cook, excelling at pie baking for which she won blue ribbons and recognition at several County Fair baking contests in Ohio. Her always cheerful attitude, sense of humor and constant loving support will be missed by her family and all who knew her.

A 3 p.m. memorial service will be held Friday, May 8th at the Painesville United Methodist Church, 71 N. Park Place in Painesville, Ohio, 44077.   Chaplain Thomas Kipp will officiate.  The family would appreciate that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) at www.alzfnd.org.  Burial will be private.  Arrangements are being cared for by the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord.
