Juanita Hammers
November 2, 1932 — September 15, 2016
Juanita M. Hammers, 83, of Glenford, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2016 at Genesis Hospital while under the care of Genesis Hospice.
Juanita was born on November 2, 1932 in Cumberland, the daughter of the late Myron and Opal (Yerian) Rhinehart. She retired from Essex Wire in Zanesville after 36 years of service. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Roseville and she was Methodist by faith.
Juanita is survived by her sisters-in-law Pam Rhinehart and Shirley Rhinehart and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, Juanita is preceded in death by her husband Samuel S. Hammers who passed away in 1983; her son Samuel Hammers Jr; and her brother Myron Rhinehart Jr.

Friends and family are welcome to attend calling hours from 3 to 6 pm, on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Farus Funeral Home of Cumberland, 343 W. Main Street, Cumberland, OH. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Sunday at 1pm with Pastor Tim Patton officiating. Juanita will be laid to rest beside her husband and son in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Roseville.
