Joan M. Huhn

Joan M. Huhn, 69 of New Concord, passed away on March 22, 2022 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

Joan was born on July 8, 1952 in Zanesville.  She is the daughter of the late Charles C. and Alma R. (White) Yoho.  She retired in 2014 from Guernsey Muskingum Electric after many years.  She enjoyed watching NASCAR, reading, and watching the Hallmark channel.

Joan is survived by her sister, Sue Yoho; her brother and sister-in-law, John (Michelle) Yoho; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Joan is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, George K. Huhn who passed away January  3, 2021; her brother, Robert Yoho; and her brother-in-law, Greg Stennett.

Visitations will be 12 to 2 pm Thursday, March 24, 2022 at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord.  Funeral services will be held at 2 pm following visitations.  Pastor Keith Taylor will officiate the service.  She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
