Jimmie J. White

Jimmy J. White, 81 of Cumberland, Passed away peacefully on October 20, 2021 while at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

Jimmy was born in Greenfield, Oklahoma on December 15, 1939.  He is the son of the late Roy and Evelyn White.  Jimmy worked as a glassblower.  He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt.  He was a bee keeper and loved to work with his hands and make things.

Jimmy is survived by his son, Roy (Lisa) White, his stepson Lenny (Kathy) Blakeslee; his step daughter, Val Berry; his three grandchildren, Misti, Krystal, and Jeffery; and his five great grandsons, Drake, Jacob, Ryder, Carter, Clark; and his k-9 companion, Patch.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by his wife, MaryLou White; his daughter, Brenda Blakeslee.

In keeping with his wishes a caring cremation will take place.  The Farus Funeral Home of New Concord is caring for the White family.
