Jerome Charles Smith, 57 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2019 at the Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio .
Jerome was born in Zanesville, on September 10, 1962. He was the son of the late JoAnn Carter.
Jerome is survived by one daughter, Sherika Edwards of Columbus, Ohio; one grandson; his fiancée, Krystal Northrop; his step-daughter, Vanijia Rose and his four brothers.
In keeping with his wishes, a caring cremation will take place with no services observed at this time. The Farus Funeral Home is entrusted with caring for the Smith family.
