Jennie M. Hayes

Jennie M. Hayes, 84 formerly of Joyce Court, South Zanesville, passed away December 17, 2013 at Adams Lane Care Center. Jennie was born March 9, 1929 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Clarence and Bertha (Sims) Elmore. She worked in Quality Control for United Technologies on Linden Avenue. She loved spending time at the Senior Center in Zanesville. Jennie is survived by her two sons Don (Tammy) Hayes and John (Barbara) Hayes both of Zanesville; her grandsons Brian & Mark Hayes, her step granddaughters Chasity Luckett and Dawn Luckett; her great granddaughter Gracie Hayes; her step-great grandchildren Jennifer, Zachary, Cory, Courtney, Jeshua and Jacob and a step-great-great granddaughter Claire. In addition to her parents, Jennie is preceded in death by her husband Harry Hayes who passed away October 4, 1991 and two brothers Robert & John Elmore. Visitations will be 12 to 2 pm Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls where funeral services will be held at 2 pm with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating.
