Jeffrey D. Chambers

Jeffrey "Jeff" D. Chambers, 56 of Zanesville, passed away at 8:23 pm, Monday, February 10th 2014 at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Jeff was born September 29, 1957 in Zanesville the son of the late John "Ike" & Marjorie Chambers. Jeff was a loving and caring person who never met a stranger. He worked for several years for Columbia Cement and he was an avid fan of old cars. Jeff is survived by his sisters, Cindy (Jeff) Gains of South Zanesville, Sandy (Matt) Lutz of Philo and Brenda Chambers of Zanesville; his nieces and nephews: Matthew Miller, Maria (Jason) Nickler, Abby Lutz, Trey Lutz, Tyler Willison and Rylee Smith; and two great-nieces, Onalaya Willison and Bella Blair. In addition to his parents, Jeff is preceded in death by his two brothers, Kenneth Chambers and John Chambers Jr.; and his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Goldie Chambers; and his maternal grandparents, Julian Martin and Blanche Alexander; and his step grandfather Glenn Alexander. Visitations will be 4 to 7 Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 11 am Friday with Pastor Jody Holland officiating.
