Janet P. Hatfield D'Angelo

Janet P. Hatfield D’Angelo, 85 of Duncan Falls, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital in Newark.
Janet was born in Columbus on December 2, 1930. She is the daughter of the late Roger and Eleanor (Showalter) Williams. She retired from FOH Hospital in Flint, MI where she worked as a dietary specialist and she was a member of the North End Baptist Church in Mt. Morris, MI.
Janet is survived by her husband Allen Jack D’Angelo; three daughters Joyce (Ron) Rushton of MI and LuAnne (Loralei Dunn) Hatfield of Duncan Falls, Debbie (George) Cameron of MI; her four grandchildren Brandon, Zach, Morgan and Will (Gina) and a special niece Carolyn Martin.
In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by her son Everett “Bill” Hatfield; her daughter Carolyn “Sue” Hatfield; her brother Richard Williams and her sisters Eleanor Johnson and Marian Sgandurra.
The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Dr. Bermudez, Select Specialty Hospital in Newark and their staff for their compassionate care.
Friends and family are welcome to attend calling hours for Janet on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 11 to 1 pm at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral service will be held at 1 pm with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. She will be laid to rest in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
