James "Jim" K. Pixler

James “Jim” Kyle Pixler, 63 of Kimbolton, passed away peacefully on Friday,December 6, 2024, at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia. Jim was born on November 3,1961 in Akron. He is the son of Sandra Pixler and the late Harry Pixler.  Jim served in the Army and worked as a handyman for various jobs. Jim is survived by his children, Debra (Daryle) Borland, Teri (John) Lohman, Emery (Brian) McCleery, Jay(Briana) Pixler, and Ryan (Derek) Pixler; his grandchildren, Desert-Ray, Jocelyn, Stephanie, Aleecia-Rose, and Leeland Borland;  Michael, Jason, and Katelyn-Nancy Lohman; Gracie McCleery; and Quinn and Lennox Pixler; his brothers, Bryan (Arddy) Pixler and Jeffrey (Jill) Pixler; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to his late father, Jim is preceded in death by his brother,Stanley(Shelly) Pixler. In keeping with James’ wishes, a caring cremation will take place.  The Farus Funeral Home of New Concord is caring for the Pixler family.
