James Lee Hough
September 29, 1939 — August 25, 2019
James Lee Hough, 79, of New Concord passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 25, 2019. He was born in Findly, Ohio on September 29, 1939, to Denver and Joyce (Downing) Hough. He proudly served in the USAF. Per his wishes, a cremation will take place with a burial of ashes by the family to follow at a later date. The family is being cared for by the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord.
